New car

We finally got our new car. We just drove home and it now. It is a brand-new Toyota sienna minivan. This is what we had before. Our knew one is red with gray interior. It is more luxurious. It has an updated navigation and more features.  Now we are going to have her friends come over for pizza and go out for Halloween.

Pumpkin

Saturday is Halloween and we still have not carved our pumpkins. We didn't even buy it yet.  This is the latest we ever waited to carve pumpkins. My dad is out of town so we will have to do it tomorrow night when he gets back. We bought a new book of ideas for carving it and a new tool to carve it.  I can't wait to see what it will look like when it's done.

New car

We are down to the final decision-making. We are still deciding on buying our van or leasing a new one. It looks like we are going to get the new one. We just need to confirm the prices at the dealer. We are going to do this either Friday or Saturday. They have the new one available so if we get that one we will bring it home that day.  I hope we get the new one in red.

BMW i3

My Amazon order of BMW i3came in today.  They look really cool. They are the same size as my BMW i8's. They are about the same size as minicoops. These are models of the real cars.  They look pretty realistic. The doors even open.  They came in four different colors. The colors are gray, silver, black and an orange rust. My favorite is the orange rust. If I were to get a real car that I would actually get the black though.

Amazon

Halloween costume and new shoes came today in a delivery. I am happy but would if been happier if my Amazon order came. It is a set of 4 new cars. It is supose to come today or tomorrow. I hope it comes today. They are 1:32 scale BMW cars. 

Lease vs buying car

There are advantages and disadvantages of buying or leasing a car. And advantage of leasing a car is that you get a new car every few years.  A disadvantage is the price it's usually cost a little more overall to lease the car. When you buy a car you can sell it and get some of your money back.  Another disadvantage with the lease is that it the car has to be in very good condition when you return it or you will get charged a lot of money. We are deciding now on if we should turn in our lease and get a new one or buy the van that we have.

Friends

Our friends Taylor and Mason are over. They are going to spend the night. They live over an hour away so they spend the night when they come. We have not seen them aunce July. We went to MI Adventure with them over summer and have bot seen them since then. 

Missed my grandparents

I just got home from school. My grandparents were over today with my mom. They wanted to wait till after I came home to see me and my brother. They ended up leaving before I got home because they knew that I had plans tonight. I haven't seen them in a while so it would have been nice to see them. Me and my brother are going to a play tonight.  It is at U Of D Jesuit. I think it will be fun.

Toyota

My mom might get a new a  Toyota Hylander or Sienna. I have a photo of the toyota PriusC. It is small but I like it. We are not considering the Prius too. We were at the Troy dealer. They have all makes at Suburban Troy. We were going to go to Infiniti and Nissan too but ran out of time. 

U of D Jesuit

My neighbor Patrick goes to you of U of D Jesuit. This is the same school that Mr. Joe's son goes to. Patrick invited me to go to the school on Friday night to watch him in the school play. I am going to go with his parents, our neighbor Josh and my brother. I am excited to watch the play and to see the school.  I am not sure the name of the play yet but I am sure I will like it. I like going to plays.

Charlie Brown

Tonight at 8:00 we are going to watch The Halloween Charlie Brown episode. My mom likes us to watch it together every year. She likes it because she watched it every year when she was young. She likes all the holiday Charlie Brown shows. It is kind of funny. Sometimes I feel sorry for Charlie Brown but it's just a cartoon. Snoopy the dog is funny.

Bdays

Yesterday was my cousin Reynas birthday. Today is my cousin Aaron's birthday. I can't wait till we get together to celebrate. We were supposed to celebrate on Sunday but had to change the date. We are all going to go to my grandparents house to have their birthday celebration. They are 11 and 13 years old now! I called my cousin Reyna yesterday and talk to her for her birthday and we just called Aaron and he was not at home. Me my brother and my mom all saying happy birthday to him on his answering machine. He is going to think that is funny!

Costume

We are going to try to go to a Halloween store today. We want to look at the costumes that are out there. We don't know what we are going to be yet. We have some ideas but we are going to go check out the store.  There are a lot of Halloween stores. I know one called Halloween spirit and I know Party City has costumes.  There is another called Halloween USA. I am not sure which one my mom is going to take us to but I hope it is a big one with a lot of choices.

Weekend

This weekend is a lot of fun. I played racquetball today with my friends at Franklin athletic club. I also went to a birthday party that was a lot of fun. We did archery. I liked it a lot.  My neighbor that is a senior in high school is going to come and hang with me and my brother watch us while my parents go out. We will probably watch a movie and maybe play some air hockey or something. Great weekend!

Minecraft

My brother loves playing Minecraft. I like playing too but not as much as he does. This is his favorite thing to do. I play with him a lot. It is pretty cool that he plays online with one of his friends that moved to Dallas Texas. They Skype each other while they play. My brother has a lot of books with Minecraft tips. He also has books that are Minecraft stories.

Solar car

U of M engineering students are working on a new solar car with IBM. IBM is a big computer company. Last year at the auto show I actually got to go see one of the solar cars that the U of M students made. The engineering students were there and I got to ask them questions and talk to them about it. I think it is so cool! The cars are fast and sleek and have a big solar panel on them. Using the suns energy to run a car is pretty cool. My friend got me a solar car book and kit for my birthday. I made it and it is really cool! Here is a picture of it.

Accidental science experiment

We have an accidental science experiment going on at our house. My grandma sent some leafy vegetables from her garden and had them in a bag. When my mom open the bag there were caterpillars inside. She got rid of the vegetsbles and emptied the bag outside. Some of the Catapillar's must have released from the bag and now there are butterflies that we keep finding flying around our house. It was kind of cool at first but now we don't want to keep finding them inside the house. We try to catch them and let them go outside. All of the butterflies are yellow with a pattern on them. I am glad they are butterflies and not something more gross.

Sunday

We are going to my grandparent's house on Sunday. We are going to celebrate two if my cousins birthdays. There birthdates are only a day apart. It is my cousins Reyna and Aaron's burthdays. Reyna will be 13 and Aaron will be 11. I like going to my grandparents and being with my cousins. We usually have Coldstone ice cream cake there for birthday celebrations. I like the mint chocolate chip one the best. 

Escape room

My parents went to a really cool place on Sunday. It is called the is scape room. It is a room that has clothes in it and you have to solve all these clues and puzzles to get out. You have one hour to solve the puzzles to be able to reveal the codeto get out of the room. They got out with only about 10 minutes to spare. They said it was a lot of fun. We are going to go with friends. I can't wait!

Erwins Cider Mill

We went to Erwin's Cider Mill in South Lyon yesterday. It was fun. We went apple picking at the orchard, picked pumpkins at the patch and went on a tractor ride. We went with my friend William. We got a lot of apples. We had cider and donuts too. It was great weater. 

Grandparents car

My dad is on his way home to pick me up. We are going to go to my grandparents house to see their new car. They got a new Subaru Legacy.  I don't know what color they got but I do know they got it fully loaded.  I can't wait to go see it and sit in it and maybe even have my dad drive me in it.  It has something called I cite to prevent collisions.  Consumer reports gives it a high rating.

Antique Mall

My mom went to an antique mall in Saugatuck. She bought me a Ford Truck.  I like that the packaging looks old fashioned. I think it's cool that you can buy old things in their orginal package. Here is a photo. It is a nice addition to my collection of cars. It is worth more if you keep it in the package but my mom said I can take it out to enjoy it now. It is a Ford truck.

Lexus Cardboard Car

Lexus built a car out of cardboard. It is so cool! It is like a giant cardboard origami of a car. It has doors that open and even an electric motor to make it driveable. It is not legal to drive it in major roads so it is really a piece of art. So cool!! Here are images.

Halloween

I can't wait for Halloween! I don't know what I'm going to be yet. I really want to be the headless Horseman. There is a really cool costume I found. I don't know if I can be at because the school rules is that it should not be scary or gory.  The outfit also for school said not cover your face and this dies. We are going to go to the Halloween stores and look around. I hope I find something that I like just as much is that that I can actually wear to school and out for Halloween.

Martian

I went to the movies on Saturday and saw Martian. I went with my dad and brother. We all like the movie. My mom was out of town so my dad took us. The movie had good reviews and we all agreed with that. It was very realistic. The actor Matt Damon was in it.  It is too bad my mom couldn't come because she wanted to see it too. She said she will wait for it to come on Netflix.

BMW i8

The Bmw i8 competes with the Tesla model S. There  both Electric cars.  The bmw wins for design.  Two days ago my bmw model cars came.  They look so realistic, I like them so much. The doors open and have  black interiors.   Good job Bmw and Tesla

Purple belt with stripe

We got belted today in karate. We went from purple to purple with a black stripe in it. It was good moving up but we decided to take a break from karate so it was our last day. Our friends didn't want us to stop but we are. We like karate but need a break. There are a lot of other classes that are more fun.

Amazon

I ordered more cars from Amazon. I ordered them from Prime to get faster shipping. I can't wait for them to come. It is a set of four i8 BMW's. It is 1:36 scale in size. That is 36 times smaller then the real cars. Here is a picture of them. I hope it comes soon.
