Spy Kids 2

Watch Spy Kids 2 yesterday.  They had to get back a device. The movie was funny and serious. I liked it better than the first one but I liked them both. The characters are brother and sister.  I liked the boy Juni better. He is a little mischievous. This is him. 

DQ vs Farmhouse

I went to Dairy Queen today. It is so good. I like farmhouse and DQ. They are both good but in different ways. DQ is a franchise business and Farmhouse is not. It is more unique. DQ is soft serve ice cream and Farmhouse is hard scoop ice scream. Farmhouse's environment is nicer it looks like a small farmhouse you can sit downstairs or upstairs in the loft or outside on the picnic tables or the cool chairs.  Farmhouse serves Guernsey Farms brand ice cream. I like both farmhouse and DQ but I like the feel of farmhouse better. My mom likes farmhouse because they have coffee there too.

Mr. Joe

Mr. Joe is going to Lansing tomorrow. He is one of five people elected for the teacher of the year award.  I wish him luck!  I think he deserves to get the award.  In my opinion, he is the best teacher!  Good luck Mr. Joe!

Karate

I went to karate tonight. It was fun. We went to our first tournament Saturday. It was fun. There were a lot of kids there. We performed in forms and sparring. I did pretty good for my first time. We have another one in June

Last day of vacation

It was a nice vacation. It went by fast! Today was nice outside. We played some basketball, went to auto store with my dad and did yard work. I like that it is nice outside. I can't wait until summer break!

Home sweet home

It is nice to be back home. I had fun at my grandparents house but now I am back here and get to use my computer and everything else that I have here at home.  It is a windy day though so we are staying indoors.  My brother and I are playing video games together and just hanging out for now until we go to karate.  I worked on my model car last night with my dad a little bit and will be trying to finish it up this weekend. I can't wait for to be done. Then I can start a new one.

Grandparents

I spent over a week at my grandparents. My parents went away on a vacation to Jamaica.   My brother and I stayed at my grandparents house. We got to hang out with all of my cousins. We had Easter at my aunt Denise and uncle Tim's house.  It was a lot of fun but not the same without my parents. It was a fun break but my brother and I got a stomach bug and I was sick. I'm glad I feel better now and my parents are home.
